The World's Most Cost efficient CD / DVD Duplicator, the Publisher Shop is an "all-in-one" disc publishing system. This “hands free” system combines fast, automated CD/DVD duplication along with full-color, 5760 dpi direct-to-disc printing - all in one compact, desktop unit.

The Publisher is ideal for producing either one at a time, unique discs or jobs of up to 100 discs at a time. The Publisher comes with a duplicator, a transporter, a printer, a continuous ink system, and software which loads to Windows based PC (or DVD Shop Express).

Here’s how the process works:
1. Load your blank media to the top of the duplicator system (up to 100).
2. One disc at a time is dropped into the duplicator (Pioneer drive)
3. The disc is burned.
4. The disc is dropped into a transporter device which loads the disc to the Epson printer.
5. The disc is printed.
6. The transporter removes the disc from the printer and drops it to a collection container.

There are several “hands free Publishers on the market today, but only the Publisher Shop works with ink jet printers already on the market. As a result, there are several cost advantages:

  One of the complaints of using an ink jet publisher is the cost of replacing the cartridges. For example, the Bravo II (from Primera) uses proprietary ink cartridges and replacing them can cost up to $100 after 200 full DVDs. Your cost per disc works out to be around $.50. The Publisher Shop connects to the Epson Artisan 50 (or a Canon printer) which uses 6 individual ink cartridges and a continuous ink system (included). The continuous ink system (CIS) provides you with 50 times more ink than our competitor’s cartridges. Your cost per disc goes from $.50 to $.01 which is significant when you are printing thousands over the life of your printer.

  Since the Publisher Shop can connect to printers already on the market, replacing printers is a snap. If your Bravo needs repair, then you would need to send it back to the manufacture for repair, but if you need to repair the printer, just replace it. The cost of these printers is less than $100, which would be a fraction of the cost of having the manufacture repair your unit (if out of warranty).
  
• There are fewer moving parts with the Publisher Shop. Instead of using a robotic arm to move you disc through the process, our system uses gravity. The blank disc is loaded from the top of the duplicator, then drops down to a transporter where it is loaded into the printer, then drops to a collection case. Maintenance is minimized and fewer problems occur during the duplication/printing process.
