Applied Magic is excited to introduce our latest product, DVD Shop Express BR; a complete hardware, software solution for creating, authoring and finalizing DVDs and HD Blu-Rays. The Express BR gives you the ultimate flexibility in mastering any video format you might want to use. This is the ideal tool for any videographer, educator, photo labs or worship producer who would like to create DVDs or Blu-Ray discs for standard definition or HD content.

This unique solution provides you with two optical drives, one DVD and one for Blu-Ray. If you are still using DVDs then use the DVD drive for your finalized product. If you have an HDV or AVCHD video file, then you can capture, author and master a Blu-Ray disc in no time.

Like our classic DVD Shop Express, the BR is a simple way to create professional authored DVDs and now, Blu-Ray. The DVD Shop BR has an intuitive interface (click here to preview the Workflow of DVD Shop) that prompts the user to select a background, add text and select a chapter features for automated authoring. Connect any Disc printer and automatically create labels and DVD case wraps. Within minutes, you could have a professionally authored DVD or Blu-Ray shortly after capturing the video to the 1-TB HDD. Bring in standard definition video through s-video, composite, or DV (firewire). Or capture HD video through the firewire (HDV) or USB (AVCHD) and produce a Blu-Ray disc in no time.

Editing included
Another unique feature of the DVD Shop Express BR is the simple editing program included which allows you to trim clips, add titles, include transitions and add a sound track. If you need more advanced editing, you can add any Windows based program (Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere, etc.) However, the DVD Shop BR is designed to be a quick and easy solution for recording video from a camera, tape or camera HDD and convert to DVD or Blu-Ray. ScreenPlay Users could still use the the DVD Shop Express BR in the Standard Def mode. But if you have an HD camera and would like to record to Blu-Ray, then there is no easier way to edit and create Blu-Ray discs by using the Express BR.
